Prolific shop lifter arrested

A prolific shop lifter was stopped and searched by Barking town Centre officers yesterday.

He was stopped for a section 23 drug search and was found to have cannabis and was carrying a bladed article.

The male was arrested for possession of cannabis, Points and blades and was further arrested for Failing to appear for court.. 

This male is a prolific offender in the area and often commits loads of shoplifting within the Town Centre and the wider area.
